Ingredients
- 1 Iceberg Lettuce Unit
- 1 Handle Unit
- 30 grams of almonds
- 50 Grams of Green Beans
- 30 Grams of Sesame
- 40 milliliters of sesame oil
- 30 milliliters of olive oil
- 35 milliliters of balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

In a frying pan sauté the sesame seeds until golden. If you want you can buy them and toast.

To cook the green beans, heat enough water in a pot and let it boil for 5 minutes or so.

Apart, mix the chopped lettuce with the mango and the green beans cut into small cubes. Remember that green beans should be already cold and lettuce is best chopped by hand so it does not rust.

To make the salad vinaigrette with mango, mix the two oils with the balsamic vinegar and seasoning to taste.

Serve the salad, cover with the filleted almonds and sesame seeds and finally bathe with the vinaigrette.

Sesame salad with mango and almonds you can eat it as an entree, its flavor is perfect for hotter days and will combine perfectly with a grilled chicken or a fried fish.
