Ingredients
- 500 Grams of Watermelon
- 120 milliliters of water
- 60 grams of sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt

In a deep saucepan add water and sugar, we must bring this mixture over medium heat until a thick syrup is formed. Remove from the fire and let cool.

In a blender add the watermelon and blend until the fruit pulp is obtained.

Add the watermelon pulp in a bowl that we can put in the refrigerator.

Add the lemon juice and syrup once it is cold. Mix well the ingredients.

Add the pinch of salt and bring the watermelon sorbet to the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

After this time, remove the sorbet from the freezer, you will see that it has a texture of frozen medium or frappe drink. The sorbet does not crystallize completely due to the base syrup with which it has been prepared.

Serve the cold watermelon sorbet accompanied by the trimmings you like, for example an umbrella, a slice of lemon in the glass a couple of cherries and the edge of the sugared cup, according to your tastes.
